Statement

I entered the survey contest about Your Montreal’s Visit and at the time of my entry, I was 18 years of age or older. I have read and complied with the Contest rules. View the regulations here.

My registration was completed following the completion of the survey. I was selected at random and won the prize of one (1) prepaid VISA card with a value equivalent to $500 CAD. The prize will be sent by mail within two weeks following receipt of the duly signed declaration and release of liability form.

I accept my prize as awarded and acknowledge that I may not, under any circumstances, transfer it in whole or in part to another person or substitute it for another prize or exchange it for its monetary value.

I authorize Tourisme Montréal and their representatives to use, if required, my name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence and/or my declaration regarding the prize for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

I confirm that I am not an employee, representative or agent of Tourisme Montréal, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotional agencies or any other party directly related to the holding of this contest, nor a member of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father and mother), their legal or common-law spouses, and I do not reside with them.

Disclaimer of liability

I release Tourisme Montréal, their affiliates, any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, representatives or agents from any damages or liability that I may suffer as a result of my participation or attempted participation in the Contest and the acceptance or use of my prize.

To this end, I hereby waive any recourse against the above-mentioned persons. This statement is binding upon my assigns and legal successors.
